About Us

Set Free Community Ministries is a part of the Atlanta Metro Baptist Association and is in partnership with Set Free Georgia. We are for most a church whose purpose is to help people who are having problems coping with life’s crises. This includes, but is not limited to, drug addiction, alcoholism, homelessness, and a lack of discipline and purpose in life.

Our purpose is to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in our communities by addressing the total person.  In other words, we seek to help others in Jesus’ name.  Our objectives are as follows:

Objectives

• Introduce each person to Jesus Christ as the answer to his or her problems.
• Teach people how to find discipline and order in their lives through the principles God has shown us in the Bible.
• Teach techniques as to how to constructively handle life’s crises.
• Lead people to deliverance and release from the clutches of substance abuse.
• Lead people, through training and providing support, to a life of self sufficiency.
• Start Set Free churches in other communities.
• Enlist and train those who go through the ministry program so that they can help others in the communities.
• Network with other churches, ministries, the business community, and help agencies to accomplish our objectives.
